D. Policy and Procedures were discussed.
• Executive Board will meet one week prior to regular scheduled meetings. The Chair should confer with Executive Board when setting and/or called to a meeting
• CRB’s office hours should be posted.
• Members reviewing cases will use the case review forms and the case review check list. It was suggested after cases have been read, each panel should meet to discuss findings and the Chair/or designee of each panel will give the report each month.

E. Old Business – Meeting with Chief Esserman is pending for October.

F. New Business. Wayne Hobbs has resigned from his position of Vice Chair and will forward written notification to Chair and Consultant asap. (Note he is not resigning from the Board.)
